Improved pdf files when exporting SAF-T data

When exporting Accounting data to Accounting Basis (CSV) using the Export SAF-T processing in the Company information table, the attached accounting files are generated as pdf files. Migrated xml files could sometimes contain embedded pdf content, and this wasn’t presented in a readable way in the generated pdf files. This has been solved.

Voucher control during update

Previously, it has been possible to update batches coming from external sources with voucher lines not balancing. This has now been corrected and the balancing check is performed regardless of origin.

Visma AutoCollect paid status

When an invoice that wasn’t fully paid was closed in Visma AutoCollect, the paid status was set to 3 - Paid late. The status should be 1 - Fully open entry or 2 - Partially open entry, depending on whether there is no payment or a partial payment in the Outstanding amount. This has been solved.

Sending invoices

Previously, there were issues when sending invoices by email, and when combining email invoices and AutoInvoice. These and other document delivery methods are now handled correctly.

Matching customer invoices with CID from Visma AutoPay

Incoming payments with CID sometimes matched the wrong customer when the same invoice number (cross-reference) was used for several customer transactions.

Now, when an incoming payment with CID is received, the customer number from the corresponding open entry is inserted on the voucher line before the value of the cross-reference. The behaviour follows the same order as when a user enters the information manually: the customer number is entered before filling in the cross-reference.

Access to the accounting grid in Visma.net Approval

Last week, we included a release note about limiting user access to the Batch and Voucher tables, but this doesn’t work perfectly. To grant a user access to Visma.net Approval, it still requires an application access granted in Admin to be able to view and edit the accounting grid based on access group rights.
