Logos on invoices

Under some circumstances, an incorrect logo would be included on invoices. This has been solved.

Rounding in the Order line table

The Quantity field in the Order line table was always rounded up to two decimals, even if there was a setting in the Company information table to use more decimals. This has been solved.
