Group sums from underlying table in invoices

Previously, when sending an invoice, a group sum in a column from an underlying table didn't function correctly. This has been solved.

Calculation of proportionate deduction of VAT

If Cost % was defined in the VAT code table for the VAT code used on the cost account (for example defined in the Cross-account no. sup. field in the Associate table), a difference occurred on the batch for supplier invoices imported from AutoInvoice, requiring manual updating of the vouchers. This has been solved.

Editing texts in tables

Previously, changes between uppercase and lowercase values in tables wouldn’t be preserved when saving. This has been solved.

Exporting SAF-T

Previously, SAF-T export could fail and only the first 5 000 rows would be exported. You can now get a complete zip file of a SAF-T export.

Processing Download PDF added to the default layouts

In the default layout Customer reports, the tab named View invoice now includes the processing Download PDF.

Column AutoInvoice user API key added to the default layouts

The column AutoInvoice user API key has been added to the default layout Users.

Improvements in Task automation

There are several improvements in Task automation, for example:

  • Automated tasks for printing order documents, such as invoices, could return the status Failed, even if the task was executed successfully.
  • When opening an automated task in the Task automation overview page, the task type Processing/Report now displays the corresponding name.
  • When creating a new automated task with task type Printout, the available values under Print destination now have the correct localised texts.
  • Execution history is now paginated.

Keyboard navigation in Account number series lookup

When creating a new customer, supplier or capital asset, it wasn't possible to navigate with a keyboard in the account number series lookup. This has been solved.

Deletion of several rows using Ctrl + Delete

Previously, using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Delete to delete several rows didn’t work as expected. This has been solved.

More keyboard shortcuts

Several new keyboard shortcuts have been added:

  • Toggle View only grouping in a table: Ctrl + G
  • Go to Home page (Task overview): Ctrl + Shift + H
  • Refresh data in a layout: Ctrl + R
  • Clear the search row in table: Ctrl + Shift + F
  • Discard data changes: Ctrl + Shift + Delete

New created and changed timestamp columns in most tables

Two new columns have been added in most tables: Created timestamp and Changed timestamp. These columns contain date and time down to milliseconds, such as 07/10/2024 08:05:30.123. Values are stored in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time).

The time difference between UTC and local times in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden is:

  • -2 hours during daylight saving time (CEST)
  • -1 hours during standard time (CET)

The fields are useful to sort data based on when it was added or created. Additionally, they assist integrators in identifying data changes since their last access, which is beneficial for data synchronisation and auditing.

Initially, existing records will have these columns empty. However, they will be automatically filled when new records are created or existing records are modified.
