Improved Manage columns dialog

The following improvements have been implemented in the Manage columns dialog:

  • Updated design
  • The column order has been changed, to let you work from the left-hand side to the right-hand side in the dialog:
    • Underlying tables -> Available columns -> Visible columns
  • Support for drag-and-drop between Available columns and Visible columns, including the possibility to select multiple items using the Shift key
  • Support for drag-and-drop when arranging the order of columns
  • For underlying tables with multiple relations, you can choose tables in a drop-down list
  • The clickable area of buttons is larger than before
  • You can perform all actions in the dialog using the keyboard:
    • Use Ctrl + U to open the dialog
    • Use Tab and Shift + Tab to navigate inside the dialog
    • Use the Up and Down arrows to move up and down in lists
    • Use Enter + Space to select an item

Searching in drop-down lists in processing dialogs

Previously, there was a limit of 1000 rows when searching in a drop-down list in a processing dialog, for example for a GL account in the Accrual accounting dialog or for a customer in the Create order copy dialog. This limitation has now been removed.

Matching of open entries

The Match entry-for-entry, Match equal amounts and Match references processings for open customer and supplier entries have been improved. The dialog is only shown when applicable, and better messages are returned.
