Release 2024-10-24
Layout manager: Showing/Hiding folders and layouts in the menu
You can now use the Show in menu checkbox in the Layout manager to hide or unhide folders and layouts in the menu. Use the Edit button to change the setting.
The default value when creating a new layout is ON, which means that it’s visible. Note that this will not override any access restrictions. This functionality is mainly relevant for an Admin user, to toggle visibility ON/OFF without having to change access restrictions.
Merge or split of PDF documents
Previously, when you selected Merge or Split documents under the My files tab in the Attach documents processing, watermarks were displayed on the created files. This has been solved.
Exporting to Excel
Previously, exporting more than 1000 rows to Excel wasn’t successful. This has been solved.
Automatic update of settlements from AutoCollect
When Update new settlements from AutoCollect is enabled in the Automatic update of settlement batch processing field in the Debt collection agreement table, settlements are now updated automatically as expected.
Generating PDF invoices for AutoInvoice
If the order numbers weren’t sorted ascending in the layout where the printing took place, and the invoice setting was Grouping by order, the grouping in the PDF file generated for AutoInvoice showed order numbers with order lines belonging to other orders in the same batch invoice. This has now been solved, and the PDF invoice sent to AutoInvoice is generated with ascending order numbers regardless of sorting in the layout and the order lines are added correctly.
Closing layouts using the keyboard
You can now press Alt + W when you want to close a layout.
