Release 2024-11-14

Automated tasks

Some updates have been made to automated tasks.

The following restrictions apply when editing automated tasks:

  • You can’t change context type from Company to Company group or vice versa
  • You can’t change the selected company group
  • You can’t change company for a task unless you have access to that company

For automated tasks set for a company group, the execution log now displays the name of the different companies that were included in the execution.

Display of documents in the side panel

Visma.net Approval uses HTML files to display the XML files. Business NXT generates HTML files if missing when sending XML files to Visma.net Approval. These generated HTML files couldn't be displayed in the side panel. This has been solved.

Deletion of companies

You can no longer delete companies from the Company table, since this could lead to inconsistent data. You manage companies in Business NXT Admin, provided that you are granted the relevant permissions.

Deletion of rows in tables

Entries in the following tables can no longer be deleted:

  • Tax statement log
  • OSS tax statement log

Access to batches and vouchers in Visma.net Approval

Previously, the user role Application access was required at the customer level in Business NXT to be able to see the Batch and Voucher tables in Visma.net Approval.

Now, in order to see and edit these tables in Visma.net Approval, the user needs to be assigned to:

  • An access group that has Voucher Approval rights for Visma.net Approval
  • An access group at the company level in Business NXT, granting the relevant access to the Batch, Voucher, Updated batch and Updated voucher tables that are used in the selected layout.

Additionally, in the Window table, Approval voucher needs to be enabled for layouts that include the Batch and Voucher tables, and Approval updated voucher for the Updated batch and Updated voucher tables accordingly.

Visma.net Approval comments

If an approver in Visma.net Approval adds comments to a batch without performing any approval tasks, the comments are instantly visible in the workflow details in Business NXT.

Credit notes reported to Visma AutoCollect

The following origins in the Batch table are now supported for Visma AutoCollect:

  • 1 - Manually entered
  • 9 - Order processing
  • 8 - OCR payment
  • 12 - Import
  • 31 - External application
  • 35 - EDI read dirdeb vouchers

Now, all credit notes with these origins get a debt collection ID when there is a cross-reference to an invoice belonging to Visma AutoCollect, and are reported to Visma AutoCollect as a payment from the Voucher table.

Improved keyboard navigation

To make it easier to edit several rows in the same column, you can now move focus up or down after entering a value using the Up and Down arrow keys.
