Release 2024-03-14

Searching for customers

You can now search for customer names in various dialogs, such as the Create order copy dialog in the Order table.

Improved integration with OneStop Reporting

You can now drill down to documents behind the transactions. Files that have originally been added in Business NXT are available, but not files that have been migrated from Visma Document Center.

Custom calculated columns in layouts

You can now add custom calculated columns to layouts. Columns are defined in the Calculated column table.

Note:
Currently, you need to write the formula for the calculation in the Formulafield and enter references to columns, fields, dates etc with external numbers. Later on, it will be possible to easily edit or view formulas in the Calculated column table with clear descriptions.
Example: In order to have a calculated column in the Free information 2 table where you subtract the Value 2 field from the Value 1 field ( @Column (Value 1)- @Column (Value 2) ) you have to choose 307 - Free information 2 in the Table no. column and the following formula in the Formula field: @76(11742)-@76(11743).
Tip: You can build a formula in Visma Business, export the table into an export file (txt format), copy the formula from the file and paste it in Business NXT.
