Lookup of barcode from the Order line table
Previously, looking up a value in the Barcode table from the Order line table displayed data for all products. Now, the lookup shows only data for the product specified on the order line.
Copying and pasting checkbox values
Previously, you couldn’t copy and paste the value of a checkbox. This has been solved.
Proper error messages if sending to Approval doesn’t succeed
If the Send to Approval processing in the Batch table isn’t successful, meaningful error messages are now displayed.
Improved matching of bank accounts and invoice information
When downloading invoices, spaces and non-numerical characters are now ignored when comparing the payment information given in the invoice with the information set on the supplier. This results in more accurate matches.
Organising folders and layouts in the Layout manager
You can now move folders and layouts in the Layout manager.
New keyboard shortcuts
The following keyboard shortcuts are now supported for switching between open layouts:
- Previous layout: Alt + Up (PC) / Option + Up (Mac)
- Next layout: Alt + Down (PC) / Option + Down (Mac)
The following keyboard shortcuts are supported in both user and design mode for the active table or form:
- Show processing menu: Ctrl + *
You can now select and execute the processing using the keyboard.
- Open table or form menu: Ctrl + Shift + O
You can now navigate in the table or form menu using the keyboard.
Removal of obsolete table in Access management
An obsolete table (the Program table) was previously visible in the Access management tool. This has been solved.
New default layout for printing reminder suggestions
A new print layout, Reminder suggestion (13046), has been added. To print reminder suggestions, create a print form, select 1 List for Form type and refer to this layout in the Print layout no. column.
Updated default layout
The default layout Payments has been updated. The Match entry-for-entry processing has been added to all relevant places.
