Support for Webhooks API

Exchange of information between Business NXT and third-party applications is now supported using webhooks. Webhooks allow external applications to receive updates whenever certain events happen in Business NXT.

Sum values in columns

You can now get sum values also for columns that aren’t defined to have a sum by default, for example for the columns in the Free information 1-Free information 3 tables, by selecting the Sum line in the Settings menu for the column header in design mode. Date and text columns can't have a sum.

Improved keyboard navigation

To make it easier to edit several rows in the same column, you can now move focus up or down after entering a value using the Up and Down arrow keys.

Support for the Change default currency processing

The Change default currency processing in the Company information table is now available for use.

Resending purchase orders to Approval

Previously, if a purchase order was rejected in Approval (Approval task status: 5 - Rejected or cancelled via the Approval task in Business NXT (Approval task status: 7 - Cancelled, you couldn’t resend the order for approval, and an error message was displayed. This has been solved.

Generating purchase/production orders

When using the Generate purchase/production orders processing from the Purchase estimate line table, an empty dialog and an error message was displayed. This has been solved.

Missing content of new layout after first save

Previously, when you saved a new layout for the first time, by clicking Save as copy or Save as new, some of the content could be missing. After saving the layout a second time, the layout would be complete. This has been solved.

Updated default layouts

The Voucher date field has been added to the following default layouts:
