This table contains one row for each archived order document.

Which types of documents to archive is determined in the Document copies field in the Company information table.

PropertyValueDescription
DatabaseCompanyThis table is in the company databases.
SQL nameOrdDocThe table name in the database.
API identifierorderDocumentThe API identifier used in GraphQL.
Table no.335The table number in the data model.

The following fields exist in this table:

Account set

Used together with VAT and accounting group field to get the correct VAT- and accounting information on orders.

In the VAT- and accounting information table you can connect an Account set with correct general ledger accounts for a VAT and accounting group.

The Account set can then be set on the Account set cust. and/or Account set sup. fields in the Associate table.

The VAT and accounting group and the Account set fields in the Order line table define the tax processing. The fields are suggested on what is entered for the customer or supplier and is used when no other account set is specified on an order line.

If you have a special offer in connection with a trade fair, and want to post these sales to separate sales accounts, you can achieve this by using a special account set for these orders or order lines.

Account set texts for different languages can be defined in the Text table. These texts has text type 18.

AutoInvoice status

The status for Visma AutoInvoice documents.

A look-up in this field gives you the following list of possible values:
0 - Not set
The document was printed without AutoInvoice as document delivery method, or the document delivery method was disregarded by using a different print method (Override to printer, Quick print, Print to PDF, Send e-mail, Design Excel template, Print to Excel, Print to clipboard, Print to file or Only approval). The document is ready to be sent to Visma.net AutoInvoice, unless it has been printed using an XML print form or the Document delivery method = EDI is set.
Note:
The document type 3 - Packing slips is always created with AutoInvoice status = 0 - Not set because of the way the document is processed.
1 - Transferred
The document has been delivered to Visma.net AutoInvoice. This status does not indicate what has happened after Visma.net AutoInvoice received the document. No further processing possible.
2 - Pending
The document is ready to be sent, but has not yet been processed. This status should only appear if the Document copies option Only approval - print later from document archive has been selected.
3 - Failed transfer
An error occurred while sending to Visma.net AutoInvoice. See the EDI error message table for more details. This status could indicate problems logging in to Visma.net AutoInvoice, communication with Visma.net AutoInvoice (firewall etc.) or issues with creating the XML data (corrupt data etc.).
4 - Cannot transfer
Status set when running the Set AutoInvoice status Cannot transfer processing. This status disables sending the document to Visma.net AutoInvoice. The processing is available for documents that have a status other than 1 - Transferred and 4 - Cannot transfer.
5 - Validation failed
This status is only in use if the System information processing setting Test content is selected. This setting is only available if AutoInvoice test is selected. The status indicates that the XML content includes validation errors, according to the PEPPOL BIS format rules. Detailed error message(s) can be found in the AutoInvoice validation error table.

Cap. asset no.

Copied together with the Capital asset proc. field to the Product transaction table. Both values are required for the Activate capital asset processing.

If you take out goods from stock to be used as capital assets in the internal business, you can make an order with transaction type 4 - Adjustment/internal issue and enter the capital asset no and capital asset processing = 1 on the order line and realize the order. From the product transaction established, you can then run the Activate capital asset processing, that will create a batch and voucher for the capital asset activation.

You can also perform purchase orders to transfer directly as a capital asset without the goods entering the warehouse. For purchases the order line is set to Not cost transaction.

Note:
If you double-click or press * in this field, you can look up a value in the related table.

Capital assetCapitalAsset
  • Cap. asset no.

Capital asset proc.

Copied together with the Cap. asset no. field to the Product transaction table. Both values are required for the Activate capital asset processing.

You can remove capital assets from the warehouse via the order module and have it posted as acquisition of the selected capital asset.

To ensure that the accounting is correct you should set up a separate account set for this routine in which it is only necessary to enter debit/credit further processing. The account can be directly from the warehouse or another account that is different from further processing for sold goods.

In the order line, unhide the Capital asset proc. and Cap. asset no. fields and enter the processing and the capital asset. It is possible to enter new capital asset when you look up in the field.

Note:
Entering a valid value in this field is mandatory, when a voucher line is entered, where the debit account or credit account contains a capital asset no. If not, the voucher line will not be possible to update. On capital asset transactions, therefore the field will always contain a valid value.
The capital asset processing determines which fields in the Capital asset balance table that will be updated and is essential to achieve correct depreciations.
A look-up in this field gives you the following list of possible values:
1 - Acquisition
To be used on records concerning the main acquisition of capital assets. E.g. cars, or buildings.
2 - Addition
To be used on records concerning additions. The definition of an "addition" is e.g. winter tyres for a car or marquises on a building. Additions can be given a lifetime, that differs from the main acquisition.
3 - Revaluation
To be used on records meant to adjust the total value of a capital asset. An example when a revaluation can be performed is when a very old real estate has a much higher market value, than the book value.
Note:
Revaluation shall NOT be performed when a capital asset has a lower value than expected due to under-usage, in this case the lifetime, and consequently the periodic depreciations, shall be adjusted instead.
Note:
Revaluation of capital assets is in most countries surrounded by legal restrictions and shall be performed only after accurate consideration.
4 - Devaluation
To be used on records meant to adjust the total value of a capital asset. An example when a devaluation can be performed is when the value of a real estate falls under the book value due to a financial crisis or another extraordinary occurrence.
Note:
Devaluation shall NOT be performed when a capital asset has a higher value than expected due to over-usage, in this case the lifetime, and consequently the periodic depreciations, shall be adjusted instead.
Note:
Devaluation of capital assets might be surrounded by legal restrictions in your country and shall be performed only after accurate consideration.
5 - Sale
To be used on records concerning sales of capital assets.
6 - Discarded
To be used on records concerning discard of capital assets.
7 - (Not in use)
Not in use.
8 - Back transfer
Resets depreciation when capital assets are sold or discarded.
9 - Depreciation on investment
10 - Depreciation on addition
11 - Depreciation on revaluation
12 - Depreciation on devaluation

You can send the same document in several different ways by selecting several delivery methods. No documents are sent unless you select at least one of the delivery methods. Freight 2

Four fields for entering freight costs in domestic currency.

You can find a more detailed description in Consignment costs.

Note:
The calculation basis for Freight and customs in % is always price before discount (domestic), as the discount given by supplier does not normally influence calculated freight costs.
When you invoice via Business NXT EDI and you have entered product numbers in the Product no. freight 1 - Product no. freight 4 fields, you can enter the freight amount in the Freight 1 - Freight 4 fields. The freight amounts are accumulated to the freight and freight zone addition segments in the XML file. If any of the products are also present as separate order lines, these order lines are accumulated to the same segment and are not written as separate product lines.

Freight processing

Special processing option for freight.

This field displays a numerical value if one of the four fields for freight or the Customs and Cost price addition (dom.) fields has a special processing option.

Purchase

In purchase orders, consignment costs on order lines are totalled in the order, when cost addition distribution for purchase orders is selected.

Cost addition distribution on purchases

When you select another distribution, the value in the Cost price addition (dom.) field is distributed to the finished order lines according to the selected distribution field (Amount, Net weight, Gross weight, Volume or Quantity).

On receipt of invoice, the field is reset and the value is moved to the Cost price addition so far (dom.) field.

Note:
Only cost price additions are distributed to the order lines for purchases.

Sale

In sales orders you must enter closing consignment costs in the default currency in the order, and the amount is included in the order total. When invoice printouts are approved, the fields are reset so that the amounts always relate to the next invoicing.

The Company information table contains the Product no. freight 1 - Product no. freight 4 and Product no. customs fields. These fields relate to products from which information is retrieved when printing, running statistics and posting closing consignment costs.

Note:
If you have not selected Account debit/credit freight 1-4 and customs on purchase under Transp. agr. processing in the Company information or under VAT and accounting processing in the VAT- and accounting information, any freight or customs costs from goods received which are imported from the shipment will also be posted. If this is selected, the posting is done upon invoice receipt on the purchase order.

Invoice reference

The number of the invoice to which the Credit note refers.

If you have chosen to present original lines in the Invoice ref. processing field in the Company information table, the product transactions that have the same invoice reference as the invoice number are imported, and the products will be put back in the shipments from where they are taken. The field is included as a cross-reference in d/c ledger entries, so that credit notes are automatically matched to invoices.

Note:
The order is saved when the order lines are imported.
Note:
Must be filled in when order type 9 - Credit card order is used, and the value in this field corresponds to the reference number that the card company returns for the reserved amount once the customer has authorised the charge to the credit card. This field is blocked for editing for credit card orders.
Note:
When an invoice no is set in Invoice reference, prices are only fetched from existing product transactions with matching invoice number. This means that if a product no is entered that was not on the referenced invoice, no price will be set.

Order options

Settings defining the behaviour of the order.

Values from the selected check boxes are added and the calculated value is entered in this field. If other orders are to have the same preferences, you can type the value directly in the field without displaying the dialog box.

A look-up opens the dialog box where you can see the following check boxes and options:

General

Gross order
This check box is selected on the basis of the customer number/supplier number entered in the order head. See the description for the Customer options/Supplier options field in the Associate table. If you select this check box, all prices and amounts will include VAT.
Credit note
A credit note will be issued. See also Credit note
Reserve on save
When saving Business NXT will reserve the quantity that has not already been reserved. The Not reserved field in the order line will then be reset. This check box is selected on the basis of the customer number entered in the order head. See the description for the Customer options field in the Associate table.
Reserve within lead time
This field shows whether reserve on save should only apply to order lines within the lead time. The selection is greyed out if you have not selected the Reserve on save check box. This does not apply to reservations displayed in the order lines/products or in the Reservation table. It also applies to selection of the Reserve on save check box under the Processing method/Warehouse menu item. This check box is selected on the basis of the customer number entered in the order head. See the description for the Customer options field in the Associate table.
Accept changes manually
This check box is suggested on the basis of the customer number entered in the order head. See the description for the Customer options field in the Associate table. When you insert new order lines in an order, the Accepted by us check box in the dialog box for the Order line status field is selected. This does not happen if you have selected the Accept changes manually check box.
Pick complete order
This check box is used to exempt customers/orders from partial deliveries. When printing pick lists the order will only be included if the whole order can be picked at one time. This check box is selected on the basis of the customer number entered in the order head. See the description for the Customer options field in the Associate table.
Exclude from reduplication
All of the values in the order lines are retained when you transfer the order lines to an order using the "Transfer" processing.
Do not move confirmed delivery date to earlier
The confirmed delivery date will not be changed for allocated orders which are to be delivered after the confirmed date. Orders with an earlier date get an updated confirmed delivery date with a confirmed date from the purchase production order when the Confirmed and Sent processings are used. For loose allocations, future orders will not be reserved if this field has not been selected:
  • Reserve by confirmed / sent under Reservation processing in the Company information table.
  • Reserve against all orders in the dialog box for the Confirmed and Sent processings. A check is suggested when Reserve by confirmed / sent in Reservation processing in the Company information table is selected.
You can select Do not move confirmed delivery date to earlier:
  • As standard for all orders under the Calculate delivery date field in the Company information table.
  • Each individual order in the Customer options field in the Associate table.

The order will be included in a batch invoice. When printing invoices/credit notes, select the check box in the Order documents dialog box to show whether or not Business NXT should process such orders. A more detailed explanation of batch invoice processing can be found under Printing order documents and Invoicing. This check box is selected on the basis of the customer number entered in the order head. See the description for the Customer options field in the Associate table.
Justify exchange rate
This check box shows whether you have to re-enter exchange rates from the Currency table during invoicing. Selection of the check box relates to the exchange rates in the order head and the order lines, for both current currency and cost currency. This check box is selected on the basis of the customer number entered in the order head. See the description for the Customer options field in the Associate table.
Note:
This processing can only be used for sales orders; if you use it for other types of orders it leads to an accounting error. There are no restrictions on using this processing for purchase and production orders.
Exempt from invoice fee
This check box is selected on the basis of the customer number entered in the order head. See the description for the Customer options field in the Associate table. Select this check box to exempt the invoice from any invoice fee. If an order qualifying for an invoice fee is part-delivered, it will be necessary to exempt it from invoice fees. If you part deliver an order that was not to be subject to an invoice fee at the outset, the individual invoices will not be subject to any fees either.
Ref. Entry Free of interest
Ref. Entry Free of reminder fee
The reminder fee will be printed in the total row. The reminder fee will not be added to the To pay total on the reminder. The reminder fee will be added to the Giro amount, even if an item is exempt from reminder fees.
Invoice no. from 'Label'.
Uses the value in the Label field as invoice no.
Withdrawal from client bank account
The customer's client responsible balance/bank account will be debited upon settlement, once any on account entries for the order have been used. You can combine this option with Post to client bank account.
Post to client bank account
Settlement invoices are posted with the on account amount that is attached when posting, instead of being returned to the account to which it was originally posted on account.
Use client responsibility 2
The amount is restricted upwards to the outgoing balance of client responsibility 2 for the accounting period within which the order document date falls.
Use client responsibility 3
The amount is restricted upwards to the outgoing balance of client responsibility 3 for the accounting period within which the order document date falls.
Prepayment
This function prevents the order from being further processed until a payment has been entered in the accounts or until you have removed the credit suspension manually. Advance payment will be retrieved from the customer or supplier if Customer options or Supplier options has been selected for Prepayment. The selection will be removed if a payment is posted for the customer/supplier. This is described in the section entitled ../../../business/concept/c_prepayment.html.
Use original exchange rate on credit notes

Invoice received

Produce CID code
This check box is selected on the basis of the supplier number entered in the order head. See the description for the Supplier options field in the Associate table. Selection of the check box defines whether Business NXT is to include the CID code in the vouchers produced for receipt of invoices.
Do not copy from payment supplier
Is used when you perform a run with factoring and a bank account number, etc. is available for each supplier. These values will then be used for the payment and not the values from the Payment supplier no..

Order status 1

Refers to the information displayed in the dialog box for the Order status processing.

The Order status processing opens a dialog box that displays which processes the active order is ready for or has been through. You can also exempt the order from processing. This dialog box has three tabs: Order status, Miscellaneous and Credit card order.

The Order status tab contains statuses that relate to order documents and the order flow. The dialog box has three columns of check boxes:Ready for, Performed and Excluded, the last of which you can edit. You can, for example, exempt an order from invoicing if it is to be part delivered and you do not want to invoice it until everything has been delivered. The customer requires a packing slip per delivery. There is also a field in the order lines in which you can exempt them from processes and printouts. The Performed check box is selected if something has been processed. If Ready for is clear at the same time, this means that everything has been processed.

The order status optimises printouts and processing by virtue of the fact that Business NXT does not spend time reading through order lines to find orders that will not be included anyway. You can also make selections in the fields via the bit operators in the “Selection” dialog box to limit which orders you want to see. At the same time you help Business NXT not to lock, search or release an unnecessary number of orders.

Business NXT only processes orders for which the Ready for check box has been selected for the relevant process/printout, or which are locked by the process. In the case of a cumulative printout a check is performed to see whether Ready for or Performed has been selected.

The Ready for check box is selected on the basis of the transaction type and order type in the order head, the quantity in the order lines and which modules the installation comprises. This is independent of which access group you belong to. When you try to launch a printout or a process, access restrictions for your access group will also come into force.

A look-up opens the dialog box where you can see the following check boxes and options:

Order status

Ready for / Performed / Excluded

Invoices/credit notes
Consignment notes
Packing slips
Returning
Finishing
If an order is not ready for finishing/goods received, then neither is it ready for printouts that arrive earlier. This means quotations, order confirmations and pick lists, or production orders, inquiries, purchase orders and purchase order confirmations
Pick lists
Order confirmations
The order status fields Sent from supplier and Order confirmations are also updated for sales orders and not just purchase orders. This means that you can choose between all the combinations that can occur in a single order. Only stock goods are included as ready for Purchase confirmation and Sent from supplier.

For direct orders the Ready for check box is not deselected for order confirmations or purchase order confirmations. This applies even if the order is not ready for finishing/goods received, as long as it is ready for invoice or invoice received. A purchase order confirmation presupposes that something has been ordered.

Acceptance
Quotations
Prepayment
Prepayment will be selected when the Order options field for the order is selected in Prepayment. This parameter will prevent you running a pick list and finishing for the order. Only ready for parameters are selected. When prepayment is made, the selection for ready for prepayment will be removed. NOTE: If prepayment is made with only a fraction of the amount, the selection will be removed anyway.
Delivery notes
Delivery note is not an order document and can be performed from the Associate table to which the order lines are joined. All of the orders for each customer are printed and the order lines are approved.

If you want to do this for each order, you can do this from all order documents with the exception of pick list, which does not have an approval dialog box. You must then select "Set delivery message to completed" under the "Options" tab in the "Order documents" dialog box.

When this option is checked, "Order printouts" also has an approval dialog box, because changes have been made to the order.

Invoice received
Goods received
Sent from supplier
The order status fields Sent from supplier and Order confirmations are also updated for sales orders and not just purchase orders. This means that you can choose between all the combinations that can occur in a single order. Only stock goods are included as ready for Purchase confirmation and Sent from supplier.

Locked / Transferred
Orders that have been transferred to an external application for processing will be blocked. This should be done automatically when data is imported and then imported back into the integration tool.

If you have selected this field, you cannot make changes to orders and order lines. A message appears stating that the order is blocked for processing. If you have not selected this field, the Locked / Transferred memory column in the Order table is automatically selected.

Note:
Business NXT's integration with Visma Retail updates this field when the cash account imports orders into Business NXT for processing. EDI import with rule file has a separate import command to enable or disable this selection. c,Suspended,nn,1,0,,,,,,,,,I, nn is replaced with the position in the file and the values are 0 = deselect and 1 = select.
Note:
The order status on the purchase order is set as Locked / Transferred and the order is locked from editing when the order's approval status is:
  • 1 - Sent
  • 2 - Pending workflow
  • 3 - Waiting for approval
The Locked / Transferred flag is released for the order associated with an Approval task when its status changes to:
  • 4 - Approved
  • 5 - Rejected
  • 6 - Requested cancel
  • 7 - Cancelled
  • 8 - Error
in the course of processing an approval message.

To release the lock while in Approval, use the Cancel approval processing in the Approval task table.

Note:
If the order is marked as Locked / Transferred, the Insert before (Ctrl+I) and Insert after (Shift+Ctrl+I) commands are prevented from running on order line level.
Precalculated production
A new calculation will not be done when you have executed the Calculate production start / costs processing and selected the Precalculation parameter.

Order type

Defines how the order will be processed.

You can change both transaction type and order type for an order which has already been entered. Business NXT will then reverse the processing of the old transaction or order type to the extent necessary in relation to the new one.

Note:
You must not change the transaction type and order type of an order that has been processed. This can mean that the order will not be processed or that stock is incorrect. If you change the order type from 1 - Normal order to 2 - Direct order, this can mean that cost prices and stock will not be correct after invoicing.

You can combine the transaction type with one of eight different order types:

Business NXT suggests order type 1 - Normal order in the Order type field in the Order head page element when entering sales orders, loan/hire orders and purchase orders. Orders generated from the Appointment table are also allocated this order type, although you can change this in the Company information table.

When you invoice direct and cash orders and save realised orders, Business NXT reserves everything you ask for, even if it is not available. If necessary, shipments are produced with negative availability.

A look-up in this field gives you the following list of possible values:
1 - Normal order
You use this for agreed or planned future goods out/goods received. You can part-deliver an order. You must finish a Normal order before you can realise it. Orders generated from the Appointment table are given this order type, but you can change this in the Company information table. This is the only order type for which you can print an order confirmation, pick list, packing slip and consignment note.
2 - Direct order
You can use direct order if you want to enter the invoicing details directly. You cannot print a pick list for this order type. Business NXT can reserve more than what is available when entering direct orders.
Note:
This applies even if you have not selected the Add shipments with negative availability field, which you can find under the Processing/Processing method/Warehouse menu item in the products or the order lines. You cannot part-deliver a direct order, as it is finished when the invoice is printed.
If you do not have enough products in stock for a "Direct order" that is to be invoiced, a separate shipment is created for the negative quantity.
3 - Cash order
A cash order is the same as a direct order, but the invoice printout is launched when you save the order. When an invoice is printed for a cash order, the current date is used as the order date when VAT is calculated. When you save a cash order a dialog box appears containing payment information. This contains information on the order amount and a field in which you can key in the amount received. You can see the difference in the Outstanding field. The dialog box also contains a field in which you enter the method of payment. The accounts are updated directly via a batch per cash order. If you do not have enough products in stock for a "Cash order" that is to be invoiced, a separate shipment is created for the negative quantity.
Note:
Credit note on cash order is allowed, if user has function access to "Allow credit note on cash order".
4 - Realised order
This order type is realised when saved, i.e. stock and statistics are updated immediately.
Note:
We recommend that this order type is not used together with transaction type 1 - Sales, as you are not able to print out or transfer to accounts.
You can use this order type when no order documents are used, e.g. in the event of adjustments.
5 - Quotation/Inquiry
You can print this order type as a quotation or inquiry, but no processing is involved. If the quotation is accepted you must change the order type to 1 - Normal order, 2 - Direct order or 3 - Cash order for the order to be processed.
6 - Unprocessed order
This order type corresponds to the quotation order, although you cannot print it out as a quotation. The order does not generate any processing, and you must change it to another order type before you can process it. An unprocessed order is useful for imported orders. When the import is complete you can change the order type so that it can be processed.
7 - Advance order
An advance order uses the same processing method as a normal order, although Business NXT does not check stock availability during order entry or whether the credit limit has been/will be exceeded.
8 - Budget order
If you select this order type it means that the order lines will not be processed, in the same way as for Unprocessed orders.
9 - Credit card order
Note:
You cannot use order type 9 - Credit card order with manual entry. It must be imported via the EDI clock.
Note:
If you change a credit card order to a different order type you cannot reset it to a credit card order, and the amount is cancelled at the card company.
You cannot enter this order type manually. You must import it using the EDI clock. This order type is intended for Internet trading programs such as Zpider, and is dependent on Zpider being installed with communication to the card company. Upon invoicing, the reserved amount is activated at the card company, with the effect that the amount is transferred from the card company. If you delete or edit order type 9 - Credit card order, the reserved amount is cancelled at the card company. It is not possible to increase the amount of such an order over and above what is specified for Invoice customer no. in the Credit card reservation addition % field. A credit card order must be finished before it can be invoiced. Order type 9 - Credit card order also requires that the Invoice reference, Currency no., Contract amount and Invoice customer no. fields are filled in for the order. The following fields are locked for editing in a credit card order:
  • Invoice customer no.

Trade area

Specifies whether the customer/supplier is domestic, in another EU country or outside the EU/abroad.

Suggested on the basis of the Trade area field in the Associate table. See the more detailed explanation in the Associate table.

When registering orders Trade area is checked. If it is 1 - Non-taxable domestic, the price is calculated without VAT. The sales price is reduced by the value of the VAT code selected in the Price- and discount matrix. The remainder is the gross sales price.

You can enter the VAT code by which the gross price will be reduced in the Price- and discount matrix table in the Gross price tax code field. The function has only been implemented for Gross prices = 1 Sales price. It is a condition that the Trade area field has been filled in.

If you want to read more about how the VAT code for the invoice fee is calculated, see under the Invoice fee VAT code field in the Country table.

When this field has been filled in (with a value other than 0) this means that VAT will not be calculated on orders. 0 appears blank. The area code determines which of the account references for taxable, non-taxable domestic, EU and export/import are to be used in connection with sales, discounts, additions, special taxes and purchases in the Tax- and accounting inf. table, and invoice fees in the Currency table. If the product is not taxable and the associate is domestic, the account references for non-taxable are used regardless. This is an exception from the rule that the VAT follows the product. For example, the VAT rules of a country may require VAT to be invoiced to the customer if the product goes to another EU country but the invoice stays in the same country. If the Delivery associate number has Trade area 2, 4 or 5 in the Associate table, but Trade area 0 is within the trade area of the order, the system does not overwrite the value. Otherwise, the value in Delivery associate number overwrites the values from the Invoice customer number field.

The Order processing 2 field contains the parameter Do not overwrite trade area and EU VAT with local VAT, which you should use in combination with the Trade area and VAT codes from delivery associate number option. When you have set these parameters, Business NXT will calculate the VAT from the Delivery associate number when invoicing.

The area codes apply to both customers and suppliers, unless otherwise stated.

The area code forms the basis when Business NXT selects the turnover class of the vouchers.

Note:
When you enter one of the values 2, 4 or 5 in the Area field in the Associates table, and a customer number is defined, you receive a warning if the EU VAT reg. no. field has not been filled in.
A look-up in this field gives you the following list of possible values:
0 - Taxable domestic according to VAT- and accounting inf./VAT code
1 - Non-taxable domestic
2 - Within other EU country
only relevant if the company is located in an EU country
3 - Outside EU/Abroad
applies to all other foreign associates
4 - Subsidiary in another EU country
only relevant for customers, only relevant if the company is located in an EU country, treated in the same way as 2 in respect of account references
5 - Transfer between other EU countries
only relevant for suppliers, only relevant if the company is located in an EU country, treated in the same way as 2 in respect of account references
