This table is populated when an incoming document is processed and an order number is found on it.

File name

The path and file name for the document.

The path is defined in the Data path field in the Path table for the user who created the document. The file name is defined by the system. The file name series for the various document types are defined in the Company information table. Document name series can be changed by running the Change counters processing in the Company information table.

If a value is added to the field double-clicking or pressing * displays the file. If no file is selected a Select file dialog will be opened.

Main document no.

The parent document, if the documents are arranged in a hierarchy.

Documents within a similar area can be grouped and viewed together.

An example is considering the first document sent regarding a specific subject as main the document. For the subsequent received and sent documents with the same subject, a reference to the first document is put in the Main document no. field.

Order match status

Displays the different statuses for the order match process.

This field is used for order match functionality.

A look-up in this field gives you the following list of possible values:

1 - Completed by automatic match
2 - In progress
3 - Order no. not found
4 - Outside tolerance level: The invoice amount is outside the configured tolerance limits.
5 - Completed manually
6 - Rejected
7 - Mandatory value missing: Required data is missing or invalid.
8 - Pending: The purchase order is already being processed by another invoice.
9 - Incomplete product mapping
10 - Currency mismatch: Invoice currency differs from purchase order currency.
11 - Freight/fee product not defined
12 - Order match on totals: The invoice was successfully matched.
13 - Order match on totals completed manually: Invoice receive has been completed and processing is finished.
14 - Order match on totals completed automatically: Invoice receive has been completed automatically and processing is finished.
