Release 2025, June
The following enhancements and improvements to existing functionality have been released this month.

Updates in the Rule Suggester
Several improvements have been made to the Rule Suggester:
- You can apply accounting rule values on voucher lines using the Overwrite already filled values option when creating accounting rules using the Rule Suggester. The option is only available when editing the rule details, and not in the Rule Suggester overview. By default, this setting is disabled, and needs to be enabled in cases where you want accounting rules to override supplier settings.
- You can create accounting rules using VAT rate 0 directly in the Rule Suggester using the Zero VAT rate criteria. In the source table (Accounting rule criteria), VAT rate 0 no longer appears in the VAT rate column, but will be indicated in the Zero VAT rate column.
- You can assign a priority to accounting rules. The option is only available when editing the rule details, and not in the Rule Suggester overview. By default, new rules are assigned priority 1, but you can adjust the value to differentiate priority of rules with matching conditions, where the rule with the highest priority value is applied.
Unintentional display of product search
Previously, when registering a product without a delivery alternative set in a purchase order, the product search would unexpectedly open when navigating to another field. This has been solved.
Updated default layouts
The following layouts have been updated:
- When order lines were created, the default layout Purchase order (12936) didn't display correct values on the Stock balance tab. This has been solved.
- A new tab, Payment term texts, has been added to the default layout Reminder/interest (12970), to make it easier to adjust texts included in payment terms.

Credit control messages
When registering orders that are affected by credit limit or credit suspension, warning messages are displayed.
Excluding display of documents from certain tables in the side panel
To optimise data visualisation in layouts, you can now exclude display of documents from certain tables in the side panel, by selecting Omit from document viewer under Navigation in the Table settings that are available in design mode.

Approve & pay functionality restored
Previously, clicking Approve & pay in Visma.net Approval sometimes didn't work as expected and an error message was generated, stating that you needed to approve the payment once more. This has been solved.
Organisational unit 1 - Organisational unit 12 values in the Rule Suggester
Automated tasks
The following issues that occurred when creating/updating automated tasks for printouts have been solved:
- The selected form is now saved
- The list of forms is now updated with correct values after switching document type
- The Parameter and OK buttons are now available after switching document type
- The information under Select company and Schedule is preserved also when selecting a form with a long name
An issue related to automated tasks with nothing to process has been solved:
- Previously, executing automated tasks with nothing to process would sometimes be marked as Failed in the Activity log. Now, empty executions are listed as Successful.
Synchronising approval roles from Visma.net Admin
Normally, approval roles from Visma.net Admin are synchronised automatically, but in case there is a mismatch, you can run the Synchronise roles processing from the Associate role table to adjust this. Previously, only users with the System supervisor permissions could run this processing. Now, all users granted access to the Associate and Associate role tables can run it.

Empty rows in tables
Previously, empty rows in tables were displayed in some layouts, typically when columns from underlying tables were included. This has been solved.
