You can enter additional information about associates in this table.

Associate info. processing

Settings defining the behaviour of the associate.

A look-up opens the dialog box where you can see the following check boxes and options:

Customer project: Used by Visma Retail. Only one of the Customer project / Member card options should be selected.
Member card: Used by Visma Retail. Only one of the Customer project / Member card options should be selected.
Inactive in external system: Used by Visma Retail. The Customer project / Member card is blocked.

The time when changes were made in milliseconds.

Used in the integration between Zpider and Business NXT. With this field, the changes you make in Business NXT are updated in Zpider immediately.

Info type

The associate information from the group defined in the Information group field.

Associate information group 1 texts for different languages can be defined in the Text table. These texts has text type 137.

Information group

The types of associate information group from the Text table that is to be used in the Info type field.

Line no.

Each line in the table is given a consecutive number in the order in which they are entered.

Note:

The Line no. does not change when inserting new lines between existing ones. The Sort seq. no. specifies the order of the lines and is affected when new lines are inserted between existing lines.

Memo file name

The file name for the Memo attached to the associate.

On the Editing menu, click Memo to create a new memo or to view the existing memo. The memo file name is saved in this text box.

Double-click or press * to open the Select file dialog box to manually select a memo file.

Note:

It is important that you save the file on a server and in a folder that is available to all users, otherwise users who try to open the memo will receive an error message.

Double-click or press * to open the web page in your web browser.

Control columns
