Activities
The holiday is taken into account when you enter appointments. For this to work you must complete the Associate no. field. The holiday duration then applies only to this associate.
Delivery
The holiday is taken into account when non-delivery days are calculated. The Confirmed delivery date field in the Order line table is then moved to the first date after the holiday. For this to work you must have checked the Holidays flag under Non-delivery days in the Company information table.
Time Schedule Employees
The holiday is taken into account when you run the Generate Time Schedule Balance processings in the Associate table and Generate Time Schedule Calendar in the Time schedule group table. When you generate the time schedule calendar, rows without a value in the Associate no. and Res. no. fields are processed, as a time schedule calendar can be valid for several employees. When a time schedule balance is generated, the Associate no. and Res. no. fields are taken into account.
Time Schedule Resources
The holiday is taken into account when you run the Generate Time Schedule Balance processing in the Resource table and Generate Time Schedule Calendar in the Time schedule group table. When you generate the time schedule calendar, rows without a value in the Associate no. and Res. no. fields are processed, as a time schedule calendar can be valid for several resources. When a time schedule balance is generated, the Res. no. field is taken into account.
