Associate reports
The following reports are available for associates.
Delivery notes
Delivery notes are printed for order lines with sales, hire and loan transaction types, with quantities > 0. The order type can be normal order, direct order or advance order.
Prerequisites
- Select a delivery method for the associate in the Document delivery method field.
- State a voucher series for delivery notes in the Company information table.
- Make sure that the order lines in the document window are joined to associates via the customer number.
You can determine a minimum number of days between sending delivery notes to a customer, using the Delivery note interval field in the Associate table. In the related field, Last delivery note date, you find when the customer was last sent a delivery note. If you don't define an interval, the customer will be included in each printout if there are any order lines that qualify for printing in delivery notes.
You can choose which fields are included in the printout, for example:
- Product no.
- Description
- Confirmed delivery date
- Quantity
If the order line has been included in a delivery note before, the order line status is reflected in the Notification sent before field in the Order line table.
By default, only items with order line status Ready for delivery messages will be included in delivery notes. You can select to include all order lines in the Customer options field in the dialog, or exempt order lines from printing by selecting Processing > Processing method > Printing. Total lines are not printed in delivery notes.
You can print delivery notes from a document window that has the Order line table joined to the Order table with the Order no. field. You can define which orders you want to process by selecting or highlighting. Orders that have something that can be printed on the delivery note are indicted in the Order status dialog, under Ready for.
