Company VAT register
This table contains company VAT information per country when sending invoices, product catalogues, order response and despatch advice through Visma.net AutoInvoice.
You can add registration information for companies that have VAT registration in several countries in this table. When sending documents to Visma.net AutoInvoice, and the order's or customer's (when sending product catalogues) country number is found in this table, content from this table will replace company-related information that would otherwise be taken from the Company information table.

Address line 1
The company’s Address line 1 to Address line 3
If left empty, no address fields will be included in the XML document.

Country no.
The country of the VAT registration.
Primary key in the table. When sending a document to AutoInvoice, this value will be looked for in Company VAT register based on the order's Country no.

VAT reg.no.
VAT registration number for the company in the specified country. Mandatory field.
Mandatory for the functionality. VAT reg.no. must be set, otherwise the default fields in Company information table will be used instead when creating the XML document.

Name
The name of the company.
If not set, the company name in Company table will be used.

Organisation type
The type of register the organisation is registered in, in the specified country.
If left empty, the XML fields using Organisation type will not be included in the XML document. This may cause validation issues depending on the format rules for the specified country.

Postal area

Post code
The post code of the company in the specified country.
If left empty, post code will not be included in the XML document.
If you enter a Post code that exists in the Postal address table, the Postal area field is filled in and the cursor jumps to the next field. If the Post code does not exist you will see a warning in the Status bar and the cursor will then stop in the Postal area field so you can type in the Postal area manually.
