Group processing
You can configure a specific product to be used as a Group discount or Group total for the order lines. You can also insert default text in the Description field in the Product table.
You enter the size of the discount or addition in the discount fields in the order line for this product. Additions are entered with a minus sign. You can also complete the discount fields yourself if you select Group total, which causes the discount to be deducted from the total that you see in the line.

Time to next invoice
On invoicing, Business NXT adds a new order line if you specify the number of months to the next invoicing in the Time to next field. The new order lines have the same information as the original ones. However, the date fields increase by the relevant number of months or weeks.
With these settings you can choose an alternative time span for Time to next.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
|
Weeks instead of months |
Sets the time unit for Time to next field to weeks instead of the default setting months. |
| Always last day of month | The next order line will be set to the last day of the month (the 28th, 30th or 31st, depending on how many days there are in the month). |
| Use quarter days |
Quarter days is a term unique to the UK and applies to the letting of property. The days are March 25, June 24, September 29 and December 25. If the setting Use quarter days has been checked, the setting Always last of the month will be checked automatically. |
| One line per time unit | Displays one line per week or month. |
| No stock handling on new line | If you have entered a value for Time to next on an order line, for example in connection with a hire order, a new order line will be added when invoicing. This order line will not be stock handled if you select No stock handling on new line. |
