  This section deals with the various tables, layouts and processes that affect the warehouse.
  - Stock value reconciliation setup
    Reconciliation of stock value versus accounting is an important part of the financial control of a company.
  - Warehouse
    In the Warehouse table you define a post for each warehouse number.
  - Location
    You can use locations to store and manage the stock at a more detailed level than on warehouse level. The Location table contains one row for each location, per warehouse.
  - Location balance
    The Location balance table shows quantity, weight and dimensions for each location, per warehouse.
  - Item location
    You define prioritised locations for products in the relevant warehouses in the Item location table. The Item location table contains one row for each location, per product/warehouse combination. You use the Location table in combination with the Item location table.
  - Item location processings
    The following processings are available from the Item location table.
  - Item location balance
    This table shows quantity, weight and dimensions for each location, per product/warehouse combination. The table is defined as a view in the database.
  - Stock balance
    The Stock balance table shows all stocks, reservations, average cost price, stock value, etc. for all shipments, and expected stock changes for the relevant product / warehouse combinations.
  - Stock balance processings
    The following processings are available from the Stock balance table.
  - Stock balance report
    Purchase estimates can be generated from the Stock balance table with different ordering methods depending on product sales pattern.
  - Stock change
    The Stock change table contains one row for each delivery date, per product/warehouse combination, with expected future stock changes and closing stock.
  - Shipment
    The Shipment table contains one row for each shipment, per product/warehouse combination, with inflow, outstanding stock, reservations, realised stock changes for each transaction type, cost prices and stock values, and more.
  - Shipment processings
    The following processings are available for the Shipment table.
  - Aggregated shipment
    This table is a view that contains values summarised from the Shipment table per product/warehouse combination.

Warehouse

This section deals with the various tables, layouts and processes that affect the warehouse.

The setup for stock value reconciliation contains settings that are required to post logistics processings into accounting as input for reconciliation.

In the Warehouse table you define a post for each warehouse number. If you need a more detailed level of control of the warehouse, you can in addition to the Warehouse table use the Location or Item location tables. The Location table contains one row for each location, per warehouse and the Item location table contains one row for each location, per product/warehouse combination.

The Stock balance and Shipment tables are explained as well as the processes available for these. Finally, the Stock change and Aggregated shipment tables are explained.
