Barcode

This table contains one row for each barcode, including product number, unit and other fields.

When you enter a barcode on an order line, for example using a barcode reader, parameters are suggested from this table. For fields that are also present in the Product or Unit tables, the value in the Barcode table overrides the corresponding fields in the Product and Unit tables.

The time when changes were made in milliseconds.

Factor 3

Instead of entering a quantity directly in the Order line table, you can have it calculated as the difference between the To and From fields or as the product of them and the Factor 3 field.

When the quantity is calculated as the difference between the To and From fields, it can be expressed as a quantity, time or date, depending on the quantity format selected in the Proc. method 1 field in the Order line table. If the Factor 3 field does not have any value in the Order line table, the value in this field will be imported.

Gross weight

Price qty.

The number of units the price is valid for.

If the Price qty. field is blank in the Order line table, it is updated with the value in this field.

There is no control when you enter a value in this field, but the price quantity is not imported from the Barcode or Unit table if the product has been placed in stock.

Note:

You cannot change the value in the Price qty. field for a product that has a stock balance. This would affect the cost price calculation.

Unit
