Order document processings
The following processings are available from the Order document table.
This processing generates and downloads a pdf copy of the document. If several documents are selected, a zip file is created.
Starting the processing
- Select the Order document rows you want to process.
- In the Processing menu, select Download PDF.
Send to AutoInvoice
If the transfer of invoices and credit notes fails, the invoices/credit notes will be marked with AutoInvoice status 3 - Failed transfer in the Order document table. With this processing it is possible to resend to AutoInvoice.
An invoice is not sent if its Due date is less than six days after the day it is sent. It is marked 3 - Failed transfer, and the reason is logged in the EDI error message table. Credit notes are not checked.
Starting the processing
- Select the Order document rows you want to process.
- In the Processing menu, select Send to AutoInvoice.
Set AutoInvoice status Cannot transfer
This processing changes the status of documents that will not be transferred.
Prerequisites
The AutoInvoice status can't be changed on rows with the following values:
- 1 - Transferred
- 4 - Cannot transfer
You can modify the status of documents that are not intended for transfer or if you wish to exclude the document from a layout that has selections.
For instance, it’s not feasible to exclude packing slips from the list by choosing values for the document delivery method. However, by utilising the processing, you can select documents based on their AutoInvoice status.
Starting the processing
- Select the Order document rows you want to process.
- In the Processing menu, select Set AutoInvoice status Cannot transfer.
Upload to File Service
This processing is used to move documents stored in the database to File Service, a more efficient way to store data.
Starting the processing
- Select the Order document rows you want to process.
- In the Processing menu, select Upload to File Service.
