If you have selected the sort addition "Always", primary keys and sequence numbers will always be included in the sort even if other sorts have been entered in the layouts.

If you want a different default directory, you can enter it in the Registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VISMA\VISMA BUSINESS\CurrenVersion\Database\Access_log_path. A row is also created in the System change log table, where the following fields are updated:
  • Line no.:
  • Log type: Has log type 6 - Access control.
  • Table no.: Has Table number 160 - Access group.
  • Processing no.: Has a processing number between 70 and 73. 70 - Table access 71 - Column access 72 - Function access 73 - Copy access.
  • Primary key:
  • Name: Has the name of the access group.
  • Inf.: Has the file location and the file name.
  • New value: Has a new value with a sequence number.
You can compare the files in a suitable tool, for example Excel.
Citrix Universal Print driver fix

Large pages in matrix printer
If you have large sheets in the matrix printer, you must select this option. If you do not select this option, the Registry parameter "LOW_METRIC" will be used.
Allow asynchronous database access
You can also select Allow asynchronous database access per company. This is done in the dialog box under the Common processing field in the Company information table. The Allow asynchronous database access option in Company information will be greyed out, if you have selected the same option in the System information table. If you do not select this option, the Registry parameter "ASYNC_SELECT" will be used.
AutoInvoice test
Visma AutoInvoice has one portal for testing and one for operation. If you select this option you will be running against the test portal.
Test content
When selected, the invoice XML content is sent through validation prior to sending to Visma.net AutoInvoice. If errors are found, these are written with details to the EDI error message table, and the AutoInvoice status is set to 5 - Validation failed.
Note:
Even though the invoice fails validation, it is still sent to Visma.net AutoInvoice.
Dataflyt activated
Do not use Outlook (classic) if SMTP is failing
If SMTP sending fails when printing to Document delivery method 1 E-mail, Outlook is not started as a fallback solution. This setting applies also to print destination 6 - Send e-mail as well as the processing Send e-mail in tables Address, Associate, Document link, Participant.
Note:
If SMTP settings are not set at all, Outlook is used instead regardless of this setting.
AutoCollect test
When selected, data sent to Visma AutoCollect will be sent to their test portal.
Use Internet Explorer as embedded browser
Option will change the embedded browser from Microsoft Edge to Microsoft Internet Explorer for all users.
Clear the cache for each VBS request
When selected, the cache is cleared for each VBS request.

This option can be used for those who have experienced issues where old data is retrieved in integrations, and a restart of the Visma Business Services host is needed in order to get the latest data (has e.g. been reported for currency rates in the Visma Document Center integration).

There can be a slight decrease in performance when using this option.

Turn off parameterised SQL queries
When selected, the earlier behaviour of SQL queries generated by Business NXT is restored, and in some cases, the database performance will be improved.
