The following processings are available from the Company table.

- Access management
  You create access groups and manage access, based on access groups, from the Access management page.
- Users
  User permissions in Business NXT are managed using roles and access groups.
- Companies
  You manage companies in Business NXT Admin.
  - System information
    This table contains a single row with information about the licensee including system settings.
  - System information processings
    The following processings are available from the System information table.
  - Address integration
    This table contains a single row with information for connecting to Visma Bizweb.
  - Company
    This table contains one row for each company database.
  - Company processings
    The following processings are available from the Company table.
  - Common table
    Each row in this table contains a definition of a secondary company that will use a certain table as a view from a primary company. The table in the secondary company will be emptied and recreated only if the row in common table is deleted at some point.
  - Company group
    This table contains one row for each company group.
  - Company group member
    This table contains one row for each company in a company group.
  - Corporation settlement account
    You use this table to create account mappings between companies.
  - Standard account
    This table is used for standard accounts defined by the Norwegian or Danish tax authorities.
  - Standard VAT code
    This table is used for standard VAT codes defined by the Norwegian or Danish tax authorities.
  - External configuration
    This table contains fields that can be used for integration with other systems.

  You can set up the email functionality for the entire system or for individual companies.
- Webhooks
  Webhooks are used to send real-time data between web applications, based on specific events, instead of constant polling.
- Data Model Extension (DME)
  Data model extensions allow you to extend and enhance the capabilities of the core data model.
- AI Connect
  You can use different AI-supported finance skills in Business NXT using the GAiA assistant and the AI Connect MCP server.
- Logs
  In Business NXT, some information is logged automatically, while other data can be logged if needed.
- Integrations
  For some Visma.net services that are integrated with Business NXT, you can start processings and also see the status of operations in dedicated tables.
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) replaced the Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC and was designed to harmonise data privacy laws across Europe, to protect and empower all EU citizens' data privacy and to reshape the way organisations across the region approach data privacy. The enforcement date for all EU countries was 25th of May 2018. Norway, not being a member of the EU, transposed the EU regulations into its national law in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.

Company processings

The following processings are available from the Company table.

Enable Approval

This processing enables Visma.net Approval for all selected companies.

Note:

Only a user with System supervisor permissions can run this processing.

Starting the processing

Select the Company rows you want to process.
In the Processing menu, select Enable Approval.

The Visma.net Approval enabled setting is now enabled in the Company processing field for the selected companies.

Redeploy triggers

This processing drops and recreates all triggers.

Select the Company rows you want to process.
In the Processing menu, select Redeploy triggers.

All system triggers are dropped and created again.
