Company processing

Settings defining the behaviour of the company.

Used for example by some integrations.

A look-up opens the dialog box where you can see the following check boxes and options:
Exempt from payment suggestions
Payment suggestions will not be created for the company by external EFT systems.
Use payment access
The Payments check box in the Limitation processing field in the User access table will determine who can run EFT systems. By selecting this check box you can define the access to run EFT systems per user per company.

If this check box is not selected the Function access processing in the Access group table will determine who can run EFT systems.

Payment suggestions only for active company
You cannot create payments suggestions for other companies than the active company.
Payment suggestion only for selected payment
You can only create payment the selected payment records when the Upload data processing in the Payment table is run.
Transfer automatic deductions together with payments
Used by some EFT systems. Will then also check whether there are any autogiro/agreement giro lines which are to be transferred with the payments.
Use Document Center 3.x
This check box must be selected if you have Visma Document Center version 3.x.

The Scan doc. no. field will be used to identify attached documents. If you are using Visma Document Center version 5.x the Visma ID field will be used to identify attached documents.

Invoice company information has changed
For internal use only, do not change.
Master data synchronization enabled
Selected for companies that have the Master Data Management integration enabled.See also: Master Data Management
Process accounting documents automatically
When selected, the Process document processing will be run automatically when documents are added to Accounting document table by Visma.net integrations.

This applies to Document type = 1 - Invoice and 2 - Expense claim.

Document type = 3 - Payment, 4 - Reminder, 5 - Receipt and 6 - Other can not be automatically processed.

Import currency rates from Visma.net AutoPay
Selected for companies that shall have automatically update of currency exchange rates from Visma.net AutoPay.
Note:
Integration with Visma.net AutoPay must be activated for at least one of the companies, for which the import of currency rates are selected.

It is mandatory to have a working Visma Business Host for OD MessageQueue integration, for the automatically import to take place.

Dataflyt activated
Upload payment suggestions automatically
When selected, a created payment suggestion will automatically be transferred to the connected EFT system, without any need of running the Upload data processing.
Do not open Visma.net AutoReport in new window after reporting
When selected, user will not be forwarded anymore to a web browser to continue with VAT or self employed reporting via Visma.net AutoReport.
Visma.net Approval enabled
When enabled, allows sending requests to Visma.net Approval.
Debt collection agreement exists
The option will be automatically checked when the processing Enable AutoCollect is executed from the Debt collection agreement table.
Note:
The option is checked even though the enabling of the debt collection agreement might not have been accepted by Visma AutoCollect.
Do not create missing accounting and VAT periods automatically from Visma.net AutoPay
Decides if rows shall be automatically created in the Accounting period, VAT period and Statistics period tables when importing the first payment with a date within a new year. The parameter is by default set to "OFF".
