Period interval default

This table is used to define period intervals to suggest when running accounting reports, per company or company group.

The following fields exist in this table:

Addition from period

Suggested as the default period in the Addition to realised From period field in the dialog box for the PL account and balance sheet report.

The entered period/year is in relation to the realised period/year.

If you enter a number that is greater than 100, then it is not considered as a relational figure to the year/period you have specified in realised from/to. This way you can specify fixed years/periods in these fields.

If you want to show the same year/period as in the realised from/to fields, you enter the value 0. If you want to show the previous year/period, you enter the value -1.

Control columns include information about who has changed the record last and when, and which process that is currently editing the record.
