Period key

This table contains one row for each period key.

It's used for automatic distribution of amounts on accounting periods.

The following fields exist in this table:

Accrual credit account

The cross-account no. for accrual accounting for credit entries, for incoming invoices.

A unique number identifying the period key.

The Period key field is used as a reference in the Budget line table in order to obtain the correct period distribution.

Note:
If you press + in this field, the next available number is suggested. Gaps in the number series resulting from any deleted rows are not suggested. If you enter an existing number you will receive an error message. The number cannot be changed once it is entered.
