Normal order invoicing
You can use normal invoicing for finished order lines where products are available.

      This processing creates a document that is sent to the customer as a confirmation of the order.
    - Pick list
      The pick list routine prints a pick list for all order lines which can be delivered, based on the quantity available in stock.

      To finish a sales order is to confirm that the order has been packed and shipped.
    - Packing slip
      The packing slip contains a list of all items that are shipped and it's printed to accompany the order.

        Normal order invoicing
        You can use normal invoicing for finished order lines where products are available.
        Direct invoicing
        You can use direct invoicing for order lines that aren't finished, and even if products aren't available in the warehouse.
        Batch invoicing
        A batch invoice combines more than one sales order for the same customer in one invoice document.
        Cash invoicing
        It is recommended to set up one or more cash customers in the Associate table. Normal customers can also be used on cash orders (sales statistics based on customers require the use of normal customers instead of a generic cash customer on all orders).
        Invoice plan
        The invoice plan defines when, how, what and how much is to be invoiced.
        On account invoice
        An on account invoice plan usually contains on account, fixed price, additional expenses and settlement components.
        Fixed price invoice
        A fixed price invoice plan contains usually fix price components and additional expenses.
        Settlement invoice
        In addition to ongoing order entry and invoicing, Business NXT provides the facility for invoicing on account with subsequent settlement. An example of the use of the invoice plan with settlement is prepayment of craftsmen.
        Posting outgoing invoice
        When posting an outgoing invoice you can select the voucher number for the invoice lines (voucher lines).
  - Purchase estimate process
    Purchase estimates can be generated from the Stock balance table with different ordering methods depending on product sales pattern. The purchase estimates are generated by printing the Purchase estimate report.

    In Business NXT you can use the order match function to update purchase orders with incoming invoices from AutoInvoice. This ensures that the values in logistics and accounting are updated at the same time and with correct value.
  - Production order process
    A production order is an internal order that will produce a stock keeping product based on a structure of components, raw materials.
  - Allocated order process
    You can generate purchase orders and production orders on the basis of sales orders. You have access to the processing both from the sales order and from the sales order lines.

    The stock adjustment process is used to correct the inventory internally.

Normal order invoicing

You can use normal invoicing for finished order lines where products are available.

Use order type 1 - Normal order for normal invoicing.

You can use normal invoicing when:

All order lines are finished before you invoice the order.
Warehouse products on orders lines are available before the order lines are finished.
