Cash invoicing

It is recommended to set up one or more cash customers in the Associate table. Normal customers can also be used on cash orders (sales statistics based on customers require the use of normal customers instead of a generic cash customer on all orders).

Use order type 3 - Cash order for cash invoicing.

Note:
If you create a dedicated customer in the Associate table for cash orders, you should select the option 5 - Do not keep open entries in the Matching method cust. field to avoid extra ledger work.

Cash invoice series

You can have a separate Cash invoice series for cash invoices, defined in the Company information table using the Cash invoice series field.

Payment method

You can enter the various payment methods in the Payment method table. They are transferred directly to a balance account (cash account) and do not need to go via the ledger. It is therefore possible to make a cash sale to a customer, who would normally be invoiced, without transactions being created in the ledger.

Saving

The invoicing process is automatically started when saving the order. Click OK to complete the cash invoicing process.
