This table contains one row for each payment term.
You can define corresponding texts in the Text table.

Cash disc. %
The discount percent if the payment is made in cash.
If discount months and/or days and percentage discount are a value other than 0, the system calculates a cash due date and cash amount in the current currency and default currency for open entries produced when vouchers are updated. The fields for cash discounts received and granted show the general ledger accounts to which the cash discounts are posted.

Credit days
The number of free payment days until the due date.
This field can be combined with the Credit months field.
- One free payment month means credit for the invoice month, as opposed to 30 days, which runs for the next 30 days.
- One free payment month plus 14 days means credit until the 15th day of the month after the one in which the invoice was issued.

Credit months

Interest free days
The number of interest free days.
If you use interest free days, the Interest from date field in the Open customer entry table shows Due date + Interest free days.
In some countries, it is not permitted to calculate interest until after the first 30 days following the invoice date. This will be taken account again when you carry out the interest calculation.

Maximum number of interest days
