|---|---|
| Do not suggest incurred as quantity | The values in the Incurred quantity field will not be duplicated to the Quantity field. If you want to invoice anything you must complete the field yourself. |
| Calculate quantity from weight/dimension | The Quantity field in the order lines will be calculated when you enter the quantity in base unit, dimensions or weight in total for the line. The appropriate “per unit” factor will automatically be divided. |
| Delete rest when filling in "Finish NOW" |
This setting will set the Quantity and Rest fields on the order line to zero when you enter a value in the Finish NOW field and save. |
| Exchange arrangement |
With this setting, the Exchange value in the Order line table is calculated as the product of the Exchange price field in the Order table, the Exchange quantity field and the relevant quantity in the Order line table. See also: The Exchange account and Exchange price fields in the Company information table. |
