Task overview definition

If a line was created by Add to task overview function, it will fill the description. Description can be edited if necessary.

1 - Document Center - new documents

This will count number of new documents in Visma Document Center that have not been processed yet.

Note:

Where clause in SQL query:

WHERE (((Status = 0 OR Status = 10) AND (AccountingStatus = 0 OR AccountingStatus = 30))
OR (Status = 100 AND AccountingStatus = 0)
OR (Status = 0 AND AccountingStatus = -10))

2 - Document Center - completed

Source will count number of documents in Visma Document Center that have been approved but not transferred to accounting.

Note:

Where clause in SQL query:

WHERE Status = 30 AND AccountingStatus <> 30 AND AccountingStatus <> -10

Document with status = 30 and accounting status <> 30 or <> -10 are counted as completed.

3 - Document Center - rejected

Source will count number of documents in Visma Document Center that have been rejected during approval process.

WHERE Status = 21

4 - Document Center - awaiting approval in Visma.net

Source will count number of documents in Visma Document Center that have been awaiting approval in Visma.net.

WHERE Status = 110

5 - Document Center - sending to Visma.net Approval

Source will count number of documents in Visma Document Center that have been sent to Visma.net Approval.

6 - Document Center - invoices overdue

Source will count number of documents in Visma Document Center that are currently overdue.

SELECT COUNT(*) FROM VWDocument WHERE DueDate <= [today's date, YYYY-MM-DD] AND Status <> 30 AND AccountingStatus <> 30

7 - Document Center - invoices due in 5 days

Source will count number of documents in Visma Document Center that are due in 5 days.

SELECT COUNT(*) FROM VWDocument WHERE DueDate <= [today's date + 5, YYYY-MM-DD] AND Status <> 30 AND AccountingStatus <> 30

8 - Document Center - on hold

Source will count number of documents in Visma Document Center that are on hold.

Where clause in SQL query:

WHERE Status = 1 AND (AcccountingStatus = 0 OR AccountingStatus = 30 OR AccountingStatus = -10)

9 - Document Center - automatically approved

Source will count number of documents in Visma Document Center that are auto approved.

WHERE Status = 40 AND AccountingStatus <> 30

This field does not have a corresponding Text type and thus no additional language texts can be defined in the Text table.

If Target window no. is not defined on the same line, Source window no. will be used when opening details.

This field is optional, and normally filled by using Add to task overview command.

If field does not exist in the source table, zero is displayed in Task overview

If the Table no. field has a value, you can choose a column in the table from this field. You find the same column number in the field properties below the column descriptions in the online help.

Typing negative values into this field is not allowed. They are reserved for default definitions.
