Options
Options contains settings for changing the behaviour or visualisation of an item in Task overview.
A company might get listed more than once in Task overview table if it is a member of more than one Task overview company access record for the same user with different options. For example, a company belongs to company groups A and B. If High priority is selected in Options column for the company group A, but no Options are set for the company group B. In this case, companies would be listed twice in Task overview table, once normally and once as high priority items.
- High priority
- Allows highlighting tasks in Task overview. When enabled, icon is shown in Priority column in Task overview table and line text colour is changed.
- Show zero lines
- When enabled, lines with zero count are visible in Task overview table. By default lines where count is zero are not shown.
- Show only if no results
- When enabled, only lines with zero count are visible in Task overview table. This option can be used to report things that did not happen. For example, if there was no transactions today in Visma.net AutoPay log table.
