System change log
This table contains logged operations and data changes in the system database, according to the settings in the Log type field.
In addition to some mandatory logging, the extent of logging is determined by the Change log definition table.
Attempts to import data to the table will be ignored.
Rows can only be deleted using the Delete change log processing in the System information table.
The corresponding table for company databases is named Company change log.

Access group change
The type of access change that has been logged for records where the Log type is 6 - Access control.
- 0 - All
- To ensure backwards compatibility (Versions before 5.31.0), this value is used on all rows added with the old functionality requested by the Log for changing of access groups check box in the System information processing field in the System information table.
- 1 - Table
- Access level for a table has been changed.
The tables external no and name will be showed in the Table no. field.
- 2 - Column
- Access level for a column has been changed.
The columns external no and name will be showed in the Column no. field and the table name will be showed in the Table no. field.
- 3 - Processing
- Access level for a processing has been changed.
The processings external no and name will be showed in the Processing no. field and the table name will be showed in the Table no. field.
- 4 - Report
- Access level for a report has been changed.
The reports external no and name will be showed in the Report no. field and the table name will be showed in the Table no. field.
- 5 - General command
- Access level for a general command has been changed.
The general commands external no and name will be showed in the Command no. field.
- 6 - Miscellaneous function
- Access level for a miscellaneous function has been changed.
The miscellaneous functions external no and name will be showed in the Misc. function no. field.

Log type
Log type according to the setting in the Change log definition table.
This domain is used both for defining which changes to log and to specify the log records in the change log tables.
- 1 - Insert
- Logs when a value is entered in a field on a new record.
You must select the Table no. and Column no. to log.
- 2 - Update
- Logs when a value in a field is changed on an existing record.
You must select the Table no. and Column no. to log.
- 3 - Insert or update
- Logs when a value in a field is changed on any record (new or
existing).
You must select the Table no. and Column no. to log.
In the change logs the records from this value is show with value 1 - Insert or 2 - Update respectively.
- 4 - Deleting
- Logs when a record is deleted.
You must select the Table no. to log.
This value applies to an entire table record. If you want to log when the value in one field is deleted you must use the 2 - Update or 3 - Insert or update value.
- 5 - Processing
- Logs when a processing is executed.
You must select the Table no. and Processing no. to log.
The log will only include the changing of the field values if the fields are specified on separate records with value 1 - Insert, 2 - Update or 3 - Insert or update.
- 8 - Processed row
- Logs when a row is successfully processed.
This will log the processed row's primary key.
The From value and/or To value columns may be used with a value for the first primary key column, in order to restrict the logging to only rows that meet the condition.
- 6 - Access control
- Logs changing of all access levels in the System change log
table.
No other parameters are necessary.

command on the Company menu.
