Business NXT can be integrated to a number of Visma.net services to support streamlined workflows between the different financial systems.
- Single sign-on
- Master Data Management
  Master Data Management (MDM) is a concept in Visma for sharing common data across multiple applications. Master data is information which is key for running a business.
- Visma.net Approval
  Visma.net Approval is used to approve for example invoices, expense claims and cost requests online, wherever and when it suits you.
- Visma.net AutoInvoice
  Visma.net AutoInvoice works behind the scenes on all ingoing and outgoing electronic documents, and gives you full control over your invoicing and ensures a streamlined workflow.
- Visma.net AutoPay
  Visma.net AutoPay offers a streamlined workflow that can be managed directly in your Visma financial management solution.
- Visma.net AutoReport
  Visma.net AutoReport can be used to automatically generate and send for example tax reports to the tax authorities.
  - Configuring VAT forms
    You can configure VAT forms using VAT codes that correspond to tags in Visma.net AutoReport, and also using macros for truncation and rounding.

Visma.net AutoReport

Visma.net AutoReport can be used to automatically generate and send for example tax reports to the tax authorities.

In the Company information table, in the AutoReport processing field, you can enable or disable sending to Visma.net AutoReport by default under Send to AutoReport. This selection can also be done from VAT control dialog.

Before sending the VAT report, update the following fields, if necessary:

Country table:

Country no.

Company information table:

Organisation no.
VAT reg.no.
Address line 1
Post code
Postal area
E-mail address
Phone
Bank account

Sending the VAT report

Select the correct VAT period in the VAT period table and preview the VAT report.
Click OK.

The report is sent to Visma.net AutoReport.

In the AutoReport archive table you can:

View the created XML in the Report data field
View the status of the sent XML-file in the Status and Description fields
Send the report at a later point
Resend previous XML using the Resend to AutoReport processing
