  Visma.net Approval is used to approve for example invoices, expense claims and cost requests online, wherever and when it suits you.

  You can set up Visma.net Approval and Visma.net AutoPay for approval of invoices and payments in Business NXT in one go.

  The tables in this section are used for some Business NXT integrations with Visma.net services.

  Payroll is a cloud-based service that makes it easy both for employers and employees to manage time registration, expenses, salaries and more, using automatic flows.

Visma.net Expense simplifies life on the road and provides your organisation with a modern and efficient expense and reimbursement solution.

Your employees take pictures of their receipts, add the necessary information and send the expenses to their manager for approval. You can link your credit card to the solution and also use GPS to track your mileage.

Visma.net Expense provides your organisation with a modern and efficient expense and reimbursement solution.

Claims can be re-invoiced to customers in Business NXT, payments can be handled through your Visma payroll system or on a day-to-day basis directly through Visma.net AutoPay. When Visma.net AutoPay is used for handling payments, Business NXT will also handle the registration of the cost to accounting, in addition to the re-invoicing.
