E-mail template

Settings for email templates for sending bulk email via SMTP are stored in this table. For smooth creation and editing of the templates, see E-mail templates.

Attachment name

Customizable name of the e-mail attachment.

Bcc

The blind carbon copy for the e-mail.

The e-mail will also be sent to the e-mail addresses in this field, but they will be invisible to other recipients.

Multiple e-mail addresses can be added, divided by a semicolon (";").

If filled out it will override the corresponding field in E-mail system configuration and E-mail company configuration tables.

E-mail template group

Link to associate that shall use the e-mail template.

The corresponding field must be filled out in the Associate table.

E-mail template group texts for different languages can be defined in the Text table. These texts has text type 208.

A unique number identifying the e-mail template.

Note:

If you press + in this field, the next available number is suggested. Gaps in the number series resulting from any deleted rows are not suggested. If you enter an existing number you will receive an error message. The number cannot be changed once it is entered.

The From e-mail address.

Replies on e-mails will be sent to this address.

If filled out it will override the corresponding field in E-mail system configuration and E-mail company configuration tables.

Note:

If the logged in user has Use 'From' e-mail address from user selected under User pref., and this user also exists on a row in the Associate table in the User name field, the e-mail address from this associate will be used.

Control columns

Control columns include information about who has changed the record last and when, and which process that is currently editing the record.

Changed by provenance

The provenance for the record change.

Edit status

The current status of the record.
