Accumulated output
Normally, Business NXT only shows differences in relation to previously approved printouts: total quantity or finished quantity less than previously processed quantity for the current printout. By selecting Accumulated output, you can print or print preview what a previously invoiced order looked like, or what has so far been invoiced in an order, but you can't use this kind of printout for approval. A printout like this is only reliable if you haven't modified the order in such a way that lines are overwritten or deleted. An accumulated output can be used for all documents except pick lists.

Apply user-defined sorting of order lines
Order lines are presented in the documents in the same order as they are sorted in the registration layout. If you have sorted separately with break lines, break numbers are also included in all the documents.
Wrap the Description field over several lines
The Description field on the order lines is divided and adapted to the width of the column in the document.
Display break lines first
The break total lines will be displayed at the beginning of each order document.
Page break after break lines
A page break is inserted after the normal order lines.
Weight and dimensions on break lines
Quantity in basis unit, Length, Area, Volume, Net weight, Tare (packaging weight) and Gross weight in order lines (per currency) is printed for group discounts, group totals, structure heads and order totals.
Product descriptions in current language
The description on the order lines is replaced by the product description in the customer's/supplier's language defined in the Product description table.
If the Add descr. field has been selected for the current language in the Language table, the description is added.

Descriptions can run over several lines, with automatic line breaks according to column width. You can force line breaks with the | character and select hyphenation with the (^) character. You do this in the same way as when you define texts in the Text table and change the names of columns/fields. You can use the Product description table both to define product descriptions for several languages and to insert long product descriptions. You can also display product descriptions on screen, for example by joining them indirectly to the order lines via products and, if necessary, selecting the required language. The rows in the table can be exempted from certain types of printing and, if required, the table can also contain information for internal use, for example sales benefits or questions to the customer. The lines inserted are in the same font as the description field in the order line. If you have selected both Suppliers prod.no. and description and Product descriptions in current language, the description in the Description field in the Product description table is included in the printout of the order document. The language description is always included even if you have not selected the Add descr. field for the current language in the Language table.
Serial no. from reservation table
Order lines with serial numbers from the reservation table are inserted under the order lines in the printout. Serial numbers are printed consecutively in the description column with spaces between them.
Serial no. from serial no. table
Order lines with serial numbers from the Serial no. table are inserted under the order lines in the printout. Serial numbers are printed consecutively in the description column with spaces between them.
Order line memos
Order line notes linked to the order lines are printed.
Unprocessed order lines
All order lines, not only order lines that are being processed, but all order lines in which the current quantity is not 0, are included in the printout. This means that you can also get information on remaining quantities and/or total quantities that have been processed for order lines that are not currently being processed. The order status in the order is still checked, and for a document to be produced, at least one order line must have a current quantity that is not 0.
Set delivery message to completed
Order lines with Ready for Delivery notes selected under Order line status are processed, and when you click OK in the Approval dialog, the check box is cleared and Performed Delivery notes is selected. Order lines not marked with Ready for Delivery notes are also printed, but status for finished delivery notification is not set.
