This table contains one row for each cross reference, per line in a bundle of vouchers that has been updated.

Amount in EURO

The Amount field converted to EURO.

If the standard currency, given in the Company information table is defined as Currency type 2 or 3 in the Currency table, the Amount in EURO will be calculated with the exchange rate given for Euro in Sales rate field in the Currency table.

If the standard currency, defined in the Company information table is defined as Currency type 0 or 1, please read the field help for the Currency table for explanation of how the amount in Euro is calculated.

Note:

The column is a calculated column, not stored in the database, which means that Amount in EURO in all tables where it exists will be updated if the Euro exchange rate in Currency table is changed.

Each line in the table is given a consecutive number in the order in which they are entered.

The Line no. does not change when inserting new lines between existing ones. The Sort seq. no. specifies the order of the lines and is affected when new lines are inserted between existing lines.

Part payment

An amount to match for an entry if you do not want to match the whole amount for an entry.

When you update your vouchers, the Part payment field is included in the open entries.

This is because the Part payment field forms the basis when you match the entry. The part payment amount is reduced when you match the entry, the entry matching is completed with the part payment amount is zero.

In Open supplier entry the fields are also used for payment suggestions.
