Reconciled transaction processings
The following processings are available from the Reconciled transaction table:
Withdraw reconciliation
This processing withdraws reconciled transactions that have not already been approved.
If the reconciliation has already been approved, an error message will be displayed (a Reconciliation no. value is filled in at the reconciled transactions when the approval part is executed by selecting Finalise or Send for a certain period, the Bank reconciliation statement report.)
Starting the processing
- Select the Reconciled transaction rows for the bank account or period you want to process.
- In the Processing menu, select Withdraw reconciliation.
The row for the withdrawn reconciliation is deleted in the Approved reconciliation table. All transactions that belong to the withdrawn reconciliation reappear as not approved in the Reconciled transaction table (the value in the Reconciliation no. field is set to zero). Any connected attachments are deleted from the Approved reconciliation attachment and File archive tables.
The selected rows in the Reconciled transaction table are deleted.
For the referred rows in the General ledger transaction and Account statement transaction tables, the Reconciliation rest amount and Reconciliation rest amount in currency fields are increased by the values that were kept in the Reconciled amount and Reconciled amount in currency fields in the Reconciled transaction rows.
