Master Data Management (MDM) is a concept in Visma for sharing common data across multiple applications. Master data is information which is key for running a business.

SyncEngine control information processings

The following processings are available for the SyncEngine control information table:

Export to Master Data Management

This processing will initiate an export operation in the Master Data Management integration and send all information to Master Data Management using a file upload.

Note:

Only a user with System supervisor permissions can run this processing.

Starting the processing

Select the SyncEngine control information rows you want to process.
In the Processing menu, select Export to Master Data Management.

Resend to Master Data Management

This processing will initiate a resend operation in the Master Data Management integration and send all information to Master Data Management again.

Only a user with System supervisor permissions can run this processing.

Select the SyncEngine control information rows you want to process.
In the Processing menu, select Resend to Master Data Management.
