Capital asset reports
You can generate account statements and balance lists for capital assets in the same way as for customers, suppliers and the general ledger.
You can limit the reports to certain organisational units by including the relevant organisational unit page elements, or by selecting them in the dialog. Capital asset reports are given the lowest priority if the document window also includes page element combinations for other reports.

Designing reports
By selecting and/or sorting rows you can specify the capital assets to be included in the Capital asset table. You can also define how Business NXT sorts capital assets. This also applies to any organisational unit page elements included.
In the transaction and balance page elements you can define which columns are included. You can also define the order and size of them.
You can use the normal menu items to select fonts, preferences and page setup.
The account name and total line texts are printed in the Description field when retrieved from the Capital asset table. The account number is printed in the Cap. asset account field in the Capital asset class table.
The number and name of the organisational unit is printed together with the period delimitation, where the @Parameter macro is located on the form.
The parameters in the dialog box are completed in the same way as for customers, suppliers and general ledger. In balance lists for capital assets you can choose to compare with the general ledger, while the parameters for age distribution only apply to customers and suppliers. When you create capital asset reports for organisational units, the system reads transactions, whilst there are separate balance tables for individual organisational units for the general ledger.
The following reports are available for the Capital asset table:
