- cbc:Description - additional product description (O)

- Default mapping:OrderDocumentLine.ProductNo->ProductCustomer.CustomersProductNo
- cac:SellersItemIdentification - Product number (O)

Product ID is optional, and may be removed from the XML using the AutoInvoice processing option Hide product no. from invoice lines.

- Default mapping: Product.SourceCountryNo->Country.IsoCode
- cac:CommodityClassification (O)

- cac:ClassifiedTaxCategory - Line VAT information (M)
- The following four fields describe the VAT of the invoice line.
- cbc:ID - Category code(M)
- Default mapping: Hardcoded
Alternative mapping: TaxCode.VatRateType
ClassifiedTaxCategory is presented as a single letter. There are three values used by Business NXT: S (standard rate), E (Exempt) and Z (Zero). When using the default functionality, only S and E are in use, but S may occur multiple times, as all VAT rates higher than 0 are identified with this category.
If VAT rate type has been defined in the VAT code table, it is also possible to differentiate between E and Z. Note that all other settings in VAT rate type will be shown as S on the invoice line.
- cbc:Percent (O)
- Default mapping: OrderDocumentLine.VatRate
- cac:TaxScheme (M)
- cbc:ID (M)
- Default mapping: Hardcoded as “VAT”
- cac:AdditionalItemProperty (O)
- The following two fields are both within AdditionalItemProperty
- cbc:Name (M)
- Default mapping: Hardcoded as “EUDRReferenceNumber”, when the line has a DDS reference number
- cbc:Value (M)
- Default mapping: OrderDocumentLine.LineNo->Reservation.DdsReferenceNumber,
OrderDocumentLine.DdsReferenceNumber
Each distinct EUDR due diligence statement (DDS) reference number found on the line's reservations or on the order document line is placed in a separate AdditionalItemProperty element, in addition to any added through the mapping tool.
Note that while AdditionalItemProperty is optional, both fields must be mapped to avoid validation errors. Multiple instances of AdditionalItemProperty can be mapped, but as there's no numbering of each AdditionalItemProperty mapping, this means that first mapping found in the mapping file for Name will be combined with the first found mapping for Value, and so on.
