Form
Forms are used to determine where information should be located on printouts. This table contains one row for each form.

Data collection
The package number for the rows in different tables that belongs together in a package.
Rows in different tables that belongs together in a package are given the same value in this field. Rows from joined tables are also covered. On upgrade to newer versions, old rows may be deleted before new rows are imported, without conflicting with rows that the users have added.

Form processing
Settings defining the behaviour of the form.
- Not in use
- The form is not in use, and will not be available in the print dialog.
Graphical form editing
- Show margins
- The margins are visible on the form. This makes it easier to position the fields correctly.
- Round coordinates
- The values in the x, y,dx and dy fields in the Form element table are rounded.
- Show grid lines
- The grid lines are visible on the form. This makes it easier to
position the fields correctly.
This value can also be set during Graphical editing. Go to the Form tab, select the Sheet group and click Grid lines. In the dialog box, select Display grid.
Document copies
- Used on document copies
- You will receive a message when you make changes to a form that has previously been used in an order document copy. If you save the changes to the form, you cannot run the order document copy. You can copy the form and make the changes.
- Skip order lines
- Only the order head and the totals are printed. One page is printed for each order.
VAT report
- Truncate
- Truncates the decimals in the VAT report. Applicable on the following
VAT sum macros:
- @TotalPaidVAT
- @SumEUVATWithSumCostAmount
- @SumReverseChargeVAT
- @TotalReceivedVAT
- Rounding
- Used in Denmark.
