Sending a self-employed report

This section describes the integration between Business NXT and Visma.net AutoReport when sending the self-employed report electronically to Altinn.

Note:
Reporting of payments to self-employed suppliers applies only to the Norwegian market.

To identify self-employed suppliers:

  • Select the option Self-employed supplier in the Supplier options field in the Associate table in order to label all identified self-employed suppliers with no fixed place of business.

The Self-employed supplier option is used as a selection criteria in the layout.

The following fields are validated during the use of Visma.net AutoReport. Make sure that they have valid data.

  • Country no. in the Country table
  • Organisation no. in the Company information table
  • Supplier's Organisation no. in the Associate table

  • Resend an old report using the Resend to AutoReport processing
