Accounting rule criteria processings
The following processings are available from the Accounting rule criteria table:
Suggest rules
This processing analyses updated vouchers to identify recurring accounting patterns and generate new rule suggestions.
When the processing runs, it evaluates vouchers as follows:
- First run: The system analyses the last 5000 updated vouchers within the last 5 years to identify and create relevant suggested rules that are validated against the last 100,000 updated vouchers within the last 10 years.
- Subsequent runs: Only updated vouchers created after the last stored timestamp are validated against the last 100,000 updated vouchers. This ensures that the system suggests rules based on new activity since the previous run.
A rule is suggested when at least three vouchers share the same criteria values and 90% or more also share the same action values. New rules are automatically added to the Accounting rule criteria and Accounting rule action tables with the Acceptance status 1 - Suggested.

- Open a layout that contains the Accounting rule criteria table.
- Enable the Suggest rules processing (via design mode, if needed).
- Run the processing.
Now, any new suggestions will appear in the layout with status 1 - Suggested.
