The document archive store the printed and approved order documents, for subsequent printing of copies.
In the table folder Orders/logistics in the Orders folder you will find the Ordredokument, Ordredokumentlinje and Ordredokumentformel tables. The tables store the printed and approved order documents, for subsequent printing of copies. The tables Order documents and Order document lines contain a copy of the fields in the tables Ordre and Ordrelinje respectively.

In the "Document copies" field in the Bedriftsopplysninger table you select which types of order documents to make copies of. You cannot copy the order documents "Labels" and "Order printouts". A default "Document archive" screen has been created to provide an overview of all types of documents. You can find the screen under the "Document archive" tab under "Layout/Administration/Company data/Associates/Customer/Supplier".
