  If a customer has to be able to take out a certain quantity of units and be invoiced for them, you can complete the Free quantity field in the order lines. The quantity used is entered in the usual way in the Quantity field in the order line. If the quantity used exceeds the free quantity, the customer will be invoiced for the surplus quantity. Warehousing takes place in the usual way on the basis of the value in the Quantity field.
