Om denne oppgaven
When an allocation has been performed it is possible to change the quantity on both
the sales order and the purchase/production order according to the following
rules:
- You can always increase the quantity on a production order, as this does not
break the allocation to the sales order. This is on the condition that the
minimum produced is the quantity that the allocated sales order line is on.
- You can always reduce the quantity on a sales order, as this does not produce a
shortfall in relation to the quantity produced on the allocated production
order.
- You can only reduce the quantity on a production order as long as the quantity
is not lower than the quantity that the allocated sales order line is on.
- You can increase the quantity on an allocated sales order line as long as the
quantity does not exceed the quantity on the allocated production order.
When the "Quantity" field is changed on a sales order line that is allocated to a
purchase or production order line, the allocated quantity on both order lines is
changed. When there is an increase, the allocated quantity is not increased by more
than what is available for allocation on the purchase order line (= "Quantity" -
"Allocated"). A page element with the allocated purchase/production order line is
joined to the sales order line, if this has not already been done in the layout.
