Author of intellectual property report

This section describes the reporting of remuneration to author of intellectual property from Visma Business.

Merk: Reporting of remuneration to author of intellectual property applies only to the Norwegian market.

All relevant remunerations are visualized in a new layout in Visma Business. These transactions are currently only possible to report manually in the Altinn portal.

Layout Author of intellectual property

The layout for authors of intellectual property shows a list of all relevant Leverandørtransaksjons for the reporting year. Select the option Opphavsmann til åndsverk in the Lev.pref. field in the Aktør table in order to label authors of intellectual property. Only transactions from these suppliers are shown in the layout.

Layout selection: Purchases < 0 or Purchases > 0 and Associate Supplier options is 67108864.

Calculated column: Purchases excluding VAT

The formula behind the calculated column Purchases excluding VAT can be found in the table Beregnet kolonne table. Formula for the column is (@Column (Purchases)/ 1.25)*-1. From the gross purchases there is 25 % VAT deducted. This calculation method supports only VAT rate 25 % for the suppliers.

Running the report

Select the reported year and press the Select year and show report button. A new layout, Author of intellectual property report is opened. This layout shows supplier transactions for the previously selected year.

Calculated column: Purchases excluding VAT

This report is printable by the standard printing options. Org.nr and Personnr. are displayed in the report to indicate whether the amount is considered business income or investment income. If the supplier has an Org.nr, it is considered business income. There are also two macro buttons in the layout:

Print report launches the printing.
Select year sends the user back to the previous layout to select another year.
