Saving unused voucher numbers.

1. Print order documents.
   • The Lediga/reserverade nummer table will automatically be updated.
   • All the rows in the Lediga/reserverade nummer table will be given a cross in the Reserverad field.
   • This applies whether the voucher number is taken from the Lediga/reserverade nummer table or from the Verifikationsserie table.
   • The rows will be split if necessary.
2. Approve the order documents or withdraw the printout.
   Anm: If you cancel the approval or omit documents from approval, the voucher numbers will be released again. The Nästa ver.nr field will then be reset in the Verifikationsserie table if possible. In order for this to be possible, the voucher numbers must be last in the voucher series, and no one must have used the voucher series in the meantime. If the numbers are not last in the voucher series, they will remain in the Lediga/reserverade nummer table without a cross in the Reserverad field.
   Reserved rows in the table will be deleted again.
