Definition and limitations of report forms.

When printing or previewing order documents, you can specify which form Visma Business is to use when printing the document. You define the forms that you can use for the various document types using the Dok.typer field in the Formulär table.

First you must link the form to the order document by opening the Formulär table and completing the Dok.typer field.

The Form field has a drop-down list that lists numbers and names for the relevant forms. The list shows forms for the current form type, and for order documents also the selections in the Dok.typer field in the Formulär table.

If the form in question refers to a print setup and the printer is saved here, this printer will be suggested.

The form number you choose is saved in the page setup of the document window so that the same form number is suggested for subsequent printouts. You can save this information together with the layout.

Forms based on company groups

The Företagsgruppnr field in the Formulär table can be used to limit forms to specific company groups in addition to Företags.nr The drop-down list of forms will then only display forms that:

or, are restricted to any of the company groups the company is a member of, as specified in the Medlemmar företagsgrupper table in the system database.
